Adam leads the strategy and product development at Atmos. His background is in buy-side and sell-side M&A. Adam graduated from Vanderbilt University with a MS Finance and from the University of Dallas with a double major in Finance & Business.

Max leads Sales & Growth at Atmos and brings a background of Sustainability-related experience in public & private markets. On the Investor Relations team of Equitable ($EQH), he helped create the initial Sustainability strategy & their first public facing ESG report. Max graduated from Vanderbilt University, receiving his Master of Science in Finance (MSF), and from Concordia College, where he majored in Finance and was a member of their NCAA Ice Hockey team.
Senior Product Manager
Erika has a passion for solutioning across all stages of the product lifecycle. As a senior product manager for Deloitte Digital, she previously led feature ideation and implementation for the largest public sector mobile and web-based applications in the U.S. along with Deloitte’s non-profit consulting efforts in Austin. Erika graduated from Abilene Christian University, majoring in Business Marketing & Management.
Head of Growth
Michael Hutto, formerly the Global Head of Sales, Issuer Solutions at S&P Global, is an industry veteran who has a robust reputation for defining and executing startup and large-enterprise business strategies. Hutto, who has decades of sales, technology, and business development experience, will lead the GTM strategy & growth with a charge to accelerate the company's growth trajectory, emphasizing venture capital funds and venture backed companies.
Blake joined the team from TPG, where he led ESG Strategy & Portfolio Company engagement for their TPG Growth Equity & Private Equity funds. Before that, Blake conducted ESG/Sustainability Research within Tech & Financials at Wellington Management. He has a strong skill set in evaluating ESG metrics from an institutional investor & private equity viewpoint & currently leads our Fund Level product. Blake is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Lead Software Engineer
Carlos joins Atmos as the Tech Lead from Stripe, where he worked on the challenges of rapidly scaling their Link consumer product to over 30 million users. Carlos graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), majoring in Computer Science & Engineering.
Lead Software Engineer
Wade joins Atmos as a Software Engineer from Atento Capital, where he led the Atento Fellows university program and nurtured a passion for startups and entrepreneurship. While a freshman at Indiana University, he launched CovIntern (a lockdown-era remote internship recruiting platform) to 120k users following a viral LinkedIn post. He's interested in cloud infrastructure, building technical teams, and the intersection of technology and finance. Wade will graduate in May from Indiana University with degrees in Computer Science and Finance.
